Hello guys,

I have Galaxy S4 I9500, I have rooted this phone many times, but since i removed root and i update to 4.4.2. I cannot root it with ODIN, ODIN reads my phone normally, but when i enter in Download Mode(Odin Mode) Odin application in my computer doesnt recognize my phone.

I tried to change the cables, i tried in a different computers, i tried to chang the prots of usb cable in computer and its the SAME PROBLEM.

I would appreciate really if smbd would help me

Best Regards,

P.S. in Download Mode I can see Samsugn Official, Official Version, Knox Warranty: 1

Hi,

It's kinda weird that ODIN isn't recognizing your device, KNOX wouldn't be a problem there. You said you tried different cables, different USB ports and different computers, but did you try a different ODIN version? It may be the main cause of your issue.

By the way, for further help with more experienced people I recommend you checking this thread:

If you wish to root your device just visit my thread on how to root any android device (no computer required)

http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2797330

This tells you how to root with nothing but your android device.
