Turn OFF Sync, and go through every app ( Twitter , Instagram , and all that ) and remove the notification in settings of each.

I know I've put a 5 min remind when I dont read a notification. Maybe it comes from my old unread emails which appear on the email app... Well I've tried turning the wifi off and the phone keeps sounding with thr notification sound I have, even when I removed my email account from the phone.
What do you think ?
Thx for your answers !
