Is there any way of getting around this? If I damage my phone (I have insurance) and brake it do I just say I lost it? Does this mean I can't send it into insurance If I drop it in water or something like that?

If you drop to water or no matter what liquid, your warranty is voided already no mater if your Knox is 0x0.

I think he meant something different. He has insurance for his device so only the policy says how he can lose it.
