I'll begin, it's nice to hear that HTC promised an update to all variants of the M7 & M8 with in 90 days of official final release of L from Google! Oh and yeah first!

Those working on it would be best to keep it quiet until it is in a usable state to avoid unsolicited PM spam asking for ETAs

Android L keyboard is available for the M8 but it I am experiencing lagging with input.

The best thing in Android L is Material UI, And we will not get this UI with htc update..

Apart from the animations, Material UI looks a LOT like sense 6..
