Hello friends,,,
I have created a backup of my previous moto e using the teamwin project recovery,... I want to know that is there any way to restore it without rooting or unlocking bootloader?

Unfortunately to restore the backup you will have to unlock the bootloader, and flash TWRP on your new device and after transferring the backup file to your new device use TWRP to restore the backup. Without unlocking the bootloader to flash this via fastboot or unlocking and rooting and flashing a TWRP through a root app such as flashify this will not be possible.
