Wierd Problem with ext sd

Hello,Last night i have succesfully updated my N7105 to 4.4.2 stock and did a root too.Today some of my app are disappeared from menu and i notice that happen when i do a reboot,plus with the strange file directory that created itself.Can someone do help me about this?

Which type of root do you use?? Maybe Kingo??

I think there's a limitation of 4.4.2 for apps to access the ext sd card...

does anyone here know how to fix this?it's getting worst here.I have copied my media files such as mp3,jpg,png and videos..at first it was there and after i boot my phone all files are gone!!
