I just picked up an LG G2 cause i was bored with my moto x. Really liking it so far. Already rooted and am wondering about which type of rom to start with.

I love aosp but with other phones the camera sucked when compared to a stock based rom.

Whats everyones thought on this????

I would load the Google Camera from the Play Store and see how that compares to stock.

You should be able to get that one installed on whichever ROM you choose.

To be honest I have very little experience with the aosp camera, but from what I remember, it sucks compared to stock. The camera is pretty much the only reason I won't leave stock, And if you jump on xdabbebs rom or get xdabbebs camera mod it just blows the aosp camera out of the water. He has a mod for aosp, but even that doesn't feel nearly as good as it could be.

But take everything I said with a grain of salt, its probably been 1 1/2 months since I've been on an aosp ROM.

Thanks. I took a bunch of test shots and honestly can't see a huge difference. I'll prolly stick with aosp since the ROM options outweigh the few times I use the camera.
