Exclamation [Q] D800 stuck in Philz recovery

So yesterday my Lg g2 (D800) somehow got stuck in Philz Recovery. I can't boot into download mode, nor can I restore from a backup or install a new rom. Idk what to do!

It WON'T let me boot into download mode! Whenever I hold the up button, it just goes back to Philz Recovery.
