i have the same Problems...but a different Device :)

i also can't get the .bin at HTCDEV ... i have a German HTC ONE SV ... it would be nice if somebody could help me ... THX so much!!

I have been having the same problem. I hit submit and it takes me to a blank page. What do i do?

    There has been a recent call for help submitting unlock tokens in the Q&A section using www.HtcDev.com
    So I have made this guide to give a few pointers when submitting your unlock token.

    Both of these tokens have been changed and are just for illistration.

    This image has an error, an extra space in the first line at the top right.

    If your token looks like this you will get an error "Token is wrong length error"


    This is how your token should look to be a successful submission.
    Correct_Token.png


    I made the screen shots above by copying the token in Notepad and highlighting the complete token.


    Tip: When copying your token from the cmd window start from the bottom right and work
    your way up to the upper left.

    Tip: If you still receive an error try to copy and paste your token to a Notepad and
    highlight the token and check for extra spaces.

    Tip: Use the ADB_Tools files I have attached to run your commands from cmd window and when you get your Unlock_code.bin e-mailed to you place that inside the ADB_Tools folder to flash your unlock token.

    If you still have problems feel free to PM me your token and I'll take a look at it.

    Just to show both sides of a coin. Somethings we may find easy may not be to others.

    bigdaddy has been helping people for weeks trying to get tokens and I have done so many I have lost count for co-workers.

    I have had issues from time to time with HTC's site. It was just my opinion that that this post may be useful to a enough people to alleviate people asking for help getting tokens. :good:
