Hi all,

my sons evo 3d gsm switched off this morning.
He carried it in his pocket.
There was no mechanical shock, no water, nothing (at least he told me so).
The phone cannot be switched on.
Connected to the charger there's no charging light.
Absolutely no sign of life.

Anybody with an idea?
I'm quite familar with the evo (I also own one), did unlock, root, s-off and such things, but I have absolutely no clue.

Happened to me once as well (deep sleep). Mine actually recovered. I know there is no response (charging light, etc.) but leave it plugged into the wall for 24 hrs. Don't touch it. After 24 hrs, pull the battery and put it back in, cross your fingers, press the power button and hope it boots!
