Have had my shiney new tetra rooted from day one but no nice ROMs to go with it booooo😤 so was wondering do u think any in development for the tegra note seven ?

I've been wondering the same thing!! Why are there no CM 11 builds at all? Its kind of frustrating, but at least we have kitkat

i think this is the exact reason - we have an up2date, well running rom without bloatware. so there is no direct need, and the only advantage would be more features.

I don't have a Tegra Note 7.
But if its Stock with no bloat,
Maybe try installing xposed framework and the Gravity Box module.
Bring the custom ROM 'goodys' to Stock.
