GalactusMOD has its own version of quick launch, something I developed myself,
not as fly as 3 minit but you get a bunch of stock apps that can be fully enabled/disabled or you can enable/disable each individual app.

I am planning on developing it further but at the moment it does what I wanted it too.

tbh I don't like including other peoples stuff in my rom, I try to do it all myself.

anywho, see screen shots for the shortcut stuff
