Ok ... I have rooted many phones before this, including another HTC One X + (without your guide)
This time I went with a more automated approach and I followed your instructions to the letter. After I went flash recovery and went to backup I noticed that it said the system partition was 0 MB and that the storage was about 150 MB.... When I tried to reboot it I noticed in the TWRP said in its log thing unable to mount \system.
Now my phone wont boot ... stuck on the white HTC screen... and to make matters worse ... the toolkit seemed to Super CID my device meaning that it is now possible to flash an RUU that will completely brick the device.
