I got this update too. It would have been nice if they had mentioned more details on the update instead of just saying bug fixes and enhancements...

NO .. Sorry about that. I was just surprised to receive it. I thought HTC was going to skip 4.4.3 and go straight to 4.4.4?

I too got the 4.4.3 update, copied the file before actually doing the update. it looks like the update file is encrypted with .enc extension.
OTA_M7_UL_K443_SENSE60_MR_BrightstarUS_WWE_6.07.1540.1-5.11.1540.9_release_381514.zip.25451.enc

Just rename the file and remove the 25451.enc at the end
tried it already. it doesn't work - meaning it is not a valid zip file.
Strange, maybe HTC its changing the ways it processes OTAs, can you upload the OTA file ?
