Should be a little plastic latch, that you pull up, to release cable.
Al least there was on the droid 3.

There is no latch, and actually i think you don't see what i am talking about.

I am uploading new pictures to show you the exact part of the flex cable i am dealing with.

Saludos amigo yo tengo el problema que que mi droid4 no arranca ni enciende, la bateria esta mala y solo enciende el led verde, podrias explicarme que hiciste tu para solucionarlo.... Gracias!!!
