Over on 4pda here http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showt...#entry28906744 (excuse the google translate) they suggest changing the script.bin.

I'm not sure what they mean, its probably google translate mucking it up

Anyone got any ideas?
Ok, so it seems I need to extract the script.bin file from the current unit and place it onto the sdcard in order for it to boot and get past the "no signal" error. There is a post on 4pda which describes how to do it in russian, but when google translate gets a hold of it, i think it may muck up the syntax - http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=507484&st=3600

su
mkdir mnt/sdcard/nanda
mount -t vfat /dev/block/nanda mnt/sdcard/nanda
Идешь и забираешь его в папке nanda на карте памяти(sdcard).
Потом
umount mnt/sdcard/nanda

Google translate mucks it up a bit, but I think this is what it is after
Code:
su
mkdir mnt/sdcard/nanda
Mount -t vfat /dev/block/nanda mnt/sdcard/nanda
You go and pick him up in a folder on the memory card nanda (sdcard).
then
umount mnt/sdcard/nanda
Will try later on

Well that worked, I have the Punisher Logo running where before I had the "no signal" flashing

I typed into android exactly what I had above.

Between the "mount -t" line and "umount" line I went into a file manager and copied my script.bin file from /mnt/sdcard/nanda to a directory on my extsd. Im sure I could do this in terminal, but I'm a windows n00b.

Took this script.bin of my mem card and replaced the one on the gibroid image with it and it boots. I've not played with it yet, everything was in russian so I'll try to change the language in android settings later on.

Rom is awesome and all work fine but...

GPS reception is bad on my Car DVD.
On Serg090909 ROM GPS work fine and sattelite reception is quiet good but i have with this rom stuck on bootloop. On GIBROID ROM i don`t have any bootloop and all work like a charm.

My question is... How to replace GPS driver into GIBROID ROM?
