After looking through a youtube vid I realise things quite funny with N7000, Recovery comes with Kernel LOL?

I think you are safe because you have a suitable kernel-recovery with OmniROM. I doubt skipping raw kernel v5 works with CM11.
How is OmniROM compares to CM? I used CM10.1 on my LG Op 4x and is quite fond of it.

Since Raw Kerner r5 is based on OmniROM now I know for sure there is no need to flash it manually (when installing Omni ROM)

My advice is. Forget about CM. Omni ROM is way better.

I have used this guide: http://docs.omnirom.org/Samsung_Gala...%28GT-I9100%29

Easy as can be.

Thanks, will try Omni.
next is a question that may sound pretty dumb, where do I get the right philz cwm?

ZCLSF (no bootloop fix, proper default.prop)

which the CWM version doesn't seems right.

I have a proposal for you.

You have stock rom. Go to http://beta.download.cyanogenmod.org/install
It will automatically flash you CM10.2 with coresponding kernel and CWM recovery. Then you copy latest omni rom nightly, gapps to phones storage and follow guide from OmniROM wiki (which I posted before).

And you are done. This way I have passed.

I tried using the one below and I couldn't flash Omni with it and caused a whole bunch of problems, so I used the first then raw kernel v5 then wipe /system /data and go omni + gapps + supersu

Find UpdatesuperSUV.2.0/(or any latest).zip n flash it in recovery. This will overwrite superuser. Each rom has their own recovery implemented in accordance of the dev's will. Try @forest1971 's kernel if you want phil's latest recovery and do not tick "inject TWRP aftet install" when prompted.

@Elvisnazareth

Judging from your screenshots the KK rom u r using already implemented supersu instead of the usual superuser root access. One thing u should have done is to install it normally rather than through recovery/TWRP when prompted. Here's what I suggest. Select full unroot from supersu menu to really clean conflicting root access, then reboot to recovery and flash the updatesupersu v latest.zip then reboot normally. If prompted to root device on reboot system menu choose yes, after device boots again u access supersu n see whether u're prompted to update binaries. Choose yes again n install normally.

Before that you might want to search the setting menu for "enable supersu" and see whether it's ticked.
