Yes there is. You can install the Xposed framework and then download a module called Gravitybox you can then adjust the nav bar. Just be aware that this will break ART support. I do not know of a way that keeps ART support and allows for navbar adjustment. For Xposed you can look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xpos...fying-t1574401 .

It says only for vanilla android can't use it on sense.

not sure how u want to customise it but gmd hide softkeys app on the market lets you customise it to a certain extent.

Viper ROM allows nav bar customization.
