DONATE TO ME
I ended up giving this a try but the launcher was crashing too often so I had to delete it. It seems like if it is working, you could probably use gamepad mapping to emulate an OUYA controller.

Edited this one rather than making a new post since it wasn't anything important.

I can't download ouya games, but signs in perfectly, did you download from the ouya appstore and run any games?

I couldn't fix this so I flashed bone stock, is a pity, my ouya account had so many good paid games, but I couldn't download them

So I have a question. Will flashing this make controls just like OUYA's? For example, will Modern Combat 4 be playable like on an OUYA?

Sent from my HTC One XL using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

This really doesn't work. :/ I moved them all to system/app and changed the permissions rw-r--r-- then rebooted. OUYA launcher stops responding... This was the only thing that was keeping me from selling my shield, honestly. Oh well...

I believe you need to be on 4.3, flash with shield ram bone stock, them do this, won't work on 4.4 because of new securities features and ouya runs 4.3
