Can you flash the last known working firmware.
Flash latest known working firmware for you
Do a Factory Reset.
Then flash the updated firmware..

The above is only a guess . But there is likely something left behind. Especially if you have been using Custom Firmware..

Good Luck
They are my Nexus 7,Note 10.1 and Note 2 phone.
Get your own.Play nice and follow the rules or you WILL end up in the knob jail Cell

I have a n8000 no brand, and I don't know if is convenient to update. I read taht multiwindow is worst and is impossible to use flash player. Have you tryed it? In this case kitkat is better than jelly bean?

In my opinion is much better 4.4.2 over the 4.1.2.
About multiwindow i don't really use it.
Flash works on dolphin and firefox but not out of the box.

I know about flash, also I use, on my note 3, Uc Browser Hd, that has a great built in video player that worked with kitkat. But the problem isn't videos. Flash player is used for various things. For example, if you want upload an image in some forum or in facebook using a browser, often flash player is required. I know that it is a specifical situation, but I don't like limits. Also I use frequently the multiwindow feature.
But why you prefer kitkat? What is the difference? In know only negative things about kitkat (multiwindow, no flash, problems with external sd card)...
