doesn't the 4.4 ROM need to be compatible with the new boot loader?

Edit: just realized you said "Motorola". There is a test build from dhacker, but not that stable yet.

Hi All,

Has a TWRP recovery been made for the stock 4.4.2 RAZR HD yet? Just checking since the info was released (I think) to do so.

Thanks!

You must flash rom for new bl. Search the forum, few are available. From dhacker, for example.
Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD unlocked with optimized CM11
LG G Pad 8.3 unlocked with LINARO/SABERMOD CyanogenMod 11
Motorola Atrix 4G (AT&T) unlocked with (MROM CM7) CM9 with Polish(ed) 3.1.10 kernel
Nexus 7 unlocked with CM11 my own build

I have having the same issue as everyone else. When I install the latest build for CM plus the gapps. All my phone does is bootloops the whole time. Can someone help a brother out and them me how you'll installed it?

Also I am flash this recovery for my devices but it keep getting hung in the system and doesn't boot from the menu screen of holding down the buttons.

I have to go in to fastboot mode flash the recovery three times then it boots up but doesn't stick.

Can someone show me what you did to get it to stick?
