You can try to unlock the bootloader again by running the "Unlock Bootloader" and see if it works. Either way I would still restore to stock. This will wipe your device clean so back up to your computer first. I have used this a couple times now and it works good. After its done it will reboot then run the bootloader option again if still locked, and then run "Install-TWRP 18.104.22.168", and then " Boot-TWRP 22.214.171.124" and then reboot from there. If you need root you can download Supersu file and put it in phone and flash form recovery later. The only other option would be to restore from a NAND backup. If you have the 64gb version I can factory reset my phone and make a nand backup you can restore from. Let me know if it comes to that though.
Thanks for the advice. Sadly it does not work either. I've tried the toolkit you mentioned and another by another developer and tried it manually via command but it does not work either. I can't flash anything as the bootloader is locked and the worse part, i cannot unlock the bootloader....pretty much the phone is stuck with COS with TWRP recovery.
Sorry to trouble you but i would really appreciate a NAND back up. I do hope it works too....currently i'm pretty screwed
