I'm far from experienced, but I have tried Slim, CM and Axxion. The Axxion is by far the most stable Rom I have used.

I would also recommend paranoid android rc2 as being the most streamlined solid rom as well as cyanogenmod 11 the m7 build is pretty stable though I am using the most recent nightly build which is also running well. Both are now really stable and reliable.
Motorola RAZR Maxx XT912 Rooted on verizon, Safestrap & TWRP with CM11 in Slot 1 & rotating PAC MAN, PA, AOKP & AXXIONKAT in Slot 2.
