Update Compiled 04/07/2014

- Android 4.4.4 for non-bigPart users
- Fix OTA detecting bigPart schischu builds

I am having to remove more and more things, it is starting to get to the point where it will not actually be possible to have a decent up-to-date Android version on our non-bigPart Xooms

There is a reason bigPart was created! Consider upgrading!

Having said this, I will continue to try to keep updates for non-bigPart users! Please do not ask for updates and the updates may be few and far between.

I am also considering dropping non-bigPart Omni support

I am currently using this ROM and plan to do the bigpart upgrade, can I flash back to a stingray ROM?

Does this contain MUI support, specifically for Chinese?
