I got my Xperia Z2 a week ago (14w20) with .55 firmware and have just run Sony PC Companion for the first time and the 402 update is ready!

You can flash .438 using flashtool. I kinda feel it's even better.

Why bother with 438 when 314 was just released and it is rootable.(314)
