For example, mine SEB (Baltic) is missing. I am stuck on 4.3 while others already got the latest one.
Feel free to flash any other European open 4.4.2 if you want to upgrade. On the very first day KitKat appeared (25.4.2014) I flashed the french firmware and I am from Austria. No problem at all.

There are heaps of roms running 4.4.2 already. Why do you have to wait for Samsung Argentina?

Some people just prefer to use the official stock ROM for their device, which is just fine.

It's called playing safe... Stock rom with stock features and a stock feel... And most of all stock battery life.. =)

I upgraded to stock kitkat via ODIN and I have to say I'm not liking it at all. It's slow and laggy on menus and launching apps and the battery life is terrible. I was getting around 3 days out of my note2 on 4.2. Last night kitkat ate through 70% of my battery while I slept!
I say don't bother with it, you're missing nothing.

I eventually got fed up waiting and went with Dr Keten's "Goodbye" ROM.

It's OK. Not perfect, but as good as the stock one, at least.

i whiting 4.4 for the freeze, Bluetoot, and other issue !

Until now i though that cyogenmood is a good rom with some stable release !
