Hello guys.

I recently bought Note II N7105 4G, but I don't know from which country it is. It's neverlock. So , does it matter if I use for example Singapore version software or Austria etc. ?

The rom doesn't matter but you are always best with the correct modem for your carrier

You can install any of the n7105 roms and most of the at&t roms. Most custom roms don't contain a modem anyway so won't change yours. If you are coming from 4.1.2 though you will either have to flash stock 4.4 first to update your bootloader or use agni kernel to get wifi. If you are already on 4.3 or 4.4 stock then your wifi will work fine

there are ways, but only if there is already a stock 4.4 release, look for the latest firmwares on sammy, for upgrading using stock method bootloader.....otherwise, you might need a custom rom.....
update....i just checked sammy and they have only 4.3 updates.....
