I tried using the Samsung Theme Designer to make my own boot animations, but I keep having problems (my animations are always slow and stutter no matter what value I use for "duration").

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S5, with an S-View case. As you may or may not know, the S-View case has a large window on the front for checking notifications and some basic lockscreen widgets. By default, the Samsung boot animation is different for when the S-View cover is open versus when it is closed. When the S-View cover is open, the boot animations work as normal, however, when the S-View cover is closed, these following files are used as the boot animations (file names are self-explanatory):

bootsamsungmini.qmg
bootsamsungminiloop.qmg
shutdown.qmg.cover

Now for my request. I was hoping that you could take the Android "L" boot animation that you posted earlier, and resize/offset it so that it fits within the S-View window. The animation should be resized to about 75% of the original, and vertically centered in the top half of the screen.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could take some time to do this for me. Thanks.
I like this idea. I'll pick up an S5-View case this week and start testing some conversions out. Since, I don't have an S5 I'll need some to testers to try out qmg files before I put a final product out. If there is enough interest I'll bring the qmg collection over to the S5 and also offer S - view bootanimation if there is a strong enough interest.

With the Fight Club are you thinking a fight scene or a boot camp, or making soap? If you have a gif, post it I'll convert it.

Thank you so much!!! it does run very slow in the boot screen but Im just using the shutdown.qmg and have the Matrix for bootsamsung.qmg and bootsamsungloop.qmg

NOTE FOR THOSE WITH SPRINT NOTE 3: The boot animation is named "SPR_bootsamsung.qmg" and "SPR_bootsamsungloop.qmg" I deleted bootsamsungloop.qmg and bootsamsung.qmg since the phone does not use them (Im in fre3 ROM) and the sound files are located in /system/media/audio/ui theres 2 files there "PowerOn.ogg" and "PowerOff.ogg" and inside theres another folder called SPR with another "PowerOn.ogg" I dont know if it makes a difference but I created empty files with root explorer and replaced each of those so I dont have have boot or shutdown sound.. Hope this helps. It took me a while to figure this out.
