DONATE TO ME
Pretty hefty guide, but pretty much same rules apply to all phones. Disable all the features you probably bought it for in exchange for battery life :P

On a more serious side. I'm very impressed with the battery life on my Z2, it's one of the longest lasting phones I've had, and as a blogger, I've had 33 different Android phones. Needless to say, I expect a lot of my devices, and compare them quite critically. I think the only battery saving measures I take is the location based WiFi which is a huge help in itself, and disabling the always scanning wifi as well.

In a nutshell, I think the Z2 is one of the very few phones I don't feel I really need to disable stuff to get a long lasting battery. However, very nice depth guide

So I decided to put CM Nightly ROMs to the test, and I want to say that it did amazingly well. Feels better than even Stock. As you know, here there isn't 'Stamina Mode'. The results are below. You will like what you see. Follow the tips on the first page. Cheers!

You can always unlock it, btw.. Locked BL means u can't flash custom kernel. Not custom rom. But u can't flash CM anyways, as it has a custom kernel..
