Earlier firmware (Omni 15\06\14) with the same charger, battery indication wrote "Charging"(can not remember USB or not) and tablet really been charged.
If I find my friends charger is rated at 5 volts and 2 amps take in order to check
Just measured the voltage with a multimeter at the PC USB port 4,92v 3.7amperes

Are you sure about the 3.7A from USB? Maybe 0.37A more likely.
USB2.0 specs is 0.5A, and for USB 3.0 it is 0.9A.

Drawing 3.7A from USB port in your PC, if such is possible, would likely fry a few chips if your motherboard.

Sent from my GT-P1000 using XDA Free mobile app
"Use overcome method to restock your GT-P1000"
Overcome files are alive.

Ok, have one more request, we can make more attempts to connect to the server to check for firmware updates, such as 15 times with an interval of 5-8 seconds, the tablet is now rushing to write "You have the latest firmware!" but in fact it is not (this happens when the table loses internet connection or weak signal)

I think it is an OpenDelta Updater issue.
Please, could you open a JIRA ticket at http://jira.omnirom.org
Thank you!
