I'm not sure actually, as I'm not running it right now. Trying something out

I am having a problem receiving calls- I can make calls and send/receive texts. I am in a 4G non LTE market. Using mvno Consumers Cellular on AT&T network. I have to set the preferred network type to 3G to get the data to work, but have to set it to LTE to receive calls. Both data and *receiving* calls will not work on the same preferred network. It used to work fine on 3G to receive calls and use data. I have tried old backups, clean install, other ROMs, wiped data, cache, system but the same problem.
Any settings I am missing? Solutions?
One X, S-off, SlimKat 6.2(tried 6.4), TorchedKK4.6, HBOOT 2.14, Radio 0.24p.32.09.06

Update: I can make/receive calls and have data on '3G' only if the wifi is turned off.
Update: I didn't listen to Consumer Cellular and Googled alternate APN settings and found one that fixes everything and gives me LTE which CC said was not available. Something must have changed on their end.

Could not get 6.6 to load, it sat at the white screen for 20 minutes.
I tried a dirty flash, don't have the time to reset at the moment.

Same here after a full wipe. 6.6 stuck on white screen. Tried 6.7 'cause I saw it in there thinking it was a fix, but that was no go as well.
Back on 6.4 - which, honestly, runs fantastic.

Hmm I haven't gotten a chance to try it because I've been busy with preparing for school

Can someone get me a log? Or kmesg?

No kmsg created.
Here is a dmsg: http://pastebin.com/B6np7rMC

I don't think I can get a logcat. Is there some other log you might need?
