Default problem in initialization...

well... i set up the sp flash tool and connect my phone without d battery i hear the connection sound but nothing shows up on flash tool....and then the disconnection sound is heard....
i opened the device manager while connecting the phone so...the preloader shows up...with a triangle...and then vanishes...
i'm using windows 8.1 pro x64 .....please help....what should i do....

There is no problem. This is how it works. Windows is supposed to detect the phone only for one second as soon as it connects.
So just follow the process.
You only need to setup everything in sp flash tools. Then click on the download button. After that connect the phone. Sp tools would already be searching for it and will detect as soon as it connects and do the need full.
