AMOLED cannot have backlight bleed since there isn't a backlight. Not sure what you were seeing...

I love it!!! I love my G3, it looks wonderful and feels too!!!!

I have come from a Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy S4 and i have just opened my eyes how wonderful it feels another device with a different built quality as samsung. This mobile looks superb!!!! and while the only thing i wish it would be metal the back really looks like!, plus its very light. Love no bezels, and all my Galaxy devices have felt crap by comparison (exept Galaxy Nexus which was better built than N2 and S4 imho). I do like more Samsung screen tunning though.

About a week later and I still love this phone like it was day one.

I only have two complaints. Aux doesn't work in my car and the annoying pop up that volume is too loud. My work around for the aux is listening to music via Bluetooth. I think the G3 tweaksbox has an option to turn off the sound notification. So its no big deal.

Great phone. Definitely keeping it for awhile.
