It asks for a device...and then nothing happens...DRIVERS INSTALED (Win8.1 SP1 64bits)

Well, have to wait for a TWRP or any other Recovery and ROM.

Thanks

Have you tried using the stock recovery to flash?

Mini TUT:
The phone should be in an off state.
Hold down Volume Up+Power.
Keep holding until the android appears.
ADB is also active.

If you require fastboot, then just hold Volume Down+Power until some text comes up saying either Bootloader: locked or Bootloader: unlocked

To get Dev options in settings (above about phone), click the build number 7 times (in Settings > About Phone).

I'd recommend to fastboot though as you can't brick it (as easily) that way.

You WILL need to unlock bootloader or you will be denied access.

Turn off your phone.
Hold Volume Down+Power.
Keep holding until you see text.
Connect phone to PC.
Open CMD.
Type "Fastboot devices" to see if your PC picks it up.
Type "cd ###" Where ### is the FOLDER location of the.img.
Type "fastboot boot ###" where ### is your image name
Hopefully it will work

Cloud Search problem description

hi, i describe my problem

working device, all cool --->> rooted with towelroot...cool

changed DPI TO 200...AFTER REBOOTING process stopped etc. no graphical user interface, no chance to get to menu, nothing, launcher not accesible...

NO DEBUGGING ENABLED

(BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED WITH FASTBOOT)

SO, I NEED DIFFERENT STOCK ROM AS THE ONE POSTED ON XDA DOES NOT WORK.

If my phone connects by usb HISUITE load but it says my phone is not connected (???)

tried variety of drivers, no success to recover using different version of this software as well...BECAUSE IT IS NOT VISIBLE even if i go to FASTBOOT, ADB, BOOT MENU in recovery...

I think you'll need the stock firmware. Which is the update. app . you can only try, no harm done.

Sent from my Kestrel using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
