Edit : tried .153 :

At launch told me that this 32 bits application won't work on 64 bits system... but finally launched fine, and the syntax error I had is fixed ! TWRP restoring my back up ! Thanks for the new version.

PS : I still would like to know if there's other ways to flash recoveries.
If you have UB, you can use the Z2 XZDRKernel release, just fastboot flash the boot.img inside the zip (in the tmp dir), then flash the zip in any recovery again. The XZDRKernel is based on the latest CURRENT world wide ROM release (in this case .314).

At boot while looking at the sony logo, you will notice the led burn green, during the 3 second burn you can select to go to recovery.

Check the app drawer for NDRutils and if it's there start it to reboot to any of the recoveries.

If both methods fail, please try to reinstall again.

If garbonrom has a custom kernel, you will need to unlock your bootloader to be able to run it, check with the rom chef to find out.

Remember: Sony does not have a dedicated recovery partition so it integrates in the system/firmware. If you replace the firmware, it will remove the recoveries.
