Hi sir @Blefish

May i ask to you some questions?

Adding HDMİ-out(with mhl) support is in your TODO list ,plans ?? Or is it possible?? (Probably msm7x30 is supporting this feature because sony xperia arc s have this feature)

Also may i ask can we recreate cameraHAL with ion allocating support for Full ion based rom?? İs it possible??
There is some projects(probably one project) fpr about that

We can't have HDMI out, because MHL needs hardware support (to reroute the USB pins through the adapter). TV out is possible though, might try it soon.

Camera HAL is open source in our case, but the camera hal itself is just a wrapper around proprietary libraries. It can't be written to only use ION. Actually I don't think it would be needed anymore too, as the CMA allocation through PMEM is nearly same as it is in the ION driver.
