2) Take your time, AnTuTu is not a big deal. I'll try removing mpdecision binaries to see if that would help.
3) Thanks for showing me how to do it, will learn and try... (limited kernel knowledge)

I heard PhilZ caused baseband problems. In next version I'll probably try to include the 3 of them and put CWM as default since it seems to be the most stable.
If you want Antutu reboot your phone, clock it down to 1.1 GHz or lower with intelliactive governor, open the back cover and put it in a fresh environment (not on a bed or in your hand for example) and wait for about 2-3 minutes. After this, put the cpu settings you want, go to Antutu and let it run ! That's how I had my results.
Edit : Doesn't work anymore, now the problem is at 27% and the phone just shuts down.
The trickiest part for editing ramdisk is to find the right tool. There are several, some work, some don't work and some work if you take care of everything.
Generally I use build_tools
from Doomlord to unpack ramdisks and I pack mine with android kitchen. MP me if you have questions or problems.
