This took me many tries to get this to work every time I tried to make it the phone would just continually reboot after sitting on the htc logo screen but I managed to make this work so here it is I just ported the HTC ARRIVE 7.8 Sianto Edition to US CELLULAR it has all the features of 1.6 Please read the note at the bottom

The only issue I had was with identity information once you install the rom use the registry editor (found under settings) and edit the following to make the info correct:
HKLM/System/Platform/DeviceTargetingInfo
FirmwareRevision= 2305.13.40101.573
MobileOperator = USC-US
MODeviceName= USCCHTC-PC93100
MOName= U.S. Cellular
OEMDeviceName= PC93100
OemName= HTC
ROMLanguage= ENG
ROMVersion= 4.01.573.01
also dial *228 to update roaming and to program USC settings and use marketplace config from bazaar to change oem martketplace from Nokia to HTC
