Rather than observation people should look at their log file. /proc/last_kmsg or logcat.
Mine has only rebooted once in a month with cf autoroot and gigawatts v2 and cybertronics kernel.

no need for such sophisticated watsonish sleuthing; just look at the "total state time" of cpu spy and you will know that your devices' system has gone thru a reboot.....
