I only have to finish working out a couple of bugs in a condition / device check related to issues when flashing a device running on jb4.2.2 so my hope is before the end of the day. As for Custom ROMs if they require any modifications to the boot.img its a no go as our boot.img are signed still working trying to find away around this.

I am trying to root my Acer Iconia A1-830 its on 4.2.2 still out of the box. When I run your tool and it reboots my device to DROIDBOOT it seems I am missing a driver on my PC for fastboot. I installed the ADB driver because it sees my tablet now and is able to do ADB commands on it, but it seems I need fastboot driver I am on Win 7 64bit

In Device Manager it shows the problematic device being Android-Phone

There is an issue with the driver I'll have a patch up later tonight but when at that point select update driver and select let me pic and choose android bootloader driver.

You need the main batch program myKIT_BATCHv1.1.x
The devices specific asset kit
And the root kit for the android / Dell software version your devices is running.
