Hello Everyone,

This is my first post here but I have been browsing the forums for some time.

After trying many roms for my HTC One (m7spr) I found that android is no longer satisfying and that I wanted to give back to both the XDA and Ubuntu communities so I decided to try to build Utouch for my phone. I did have previous experience building a CM11 rom but that experience is not very extensive. I followed the Ubuntu Touch porting guide and made it to the Build process. I used the lunch command and built the Rom, everything checked out fine until I went to check the output of the build. in the out/target/product/m7spr folder the build generated

4 folders: data, obj, root, system
2 files:,

Everything I read says that it should have built a few img files but there are none to be seen. I'm pretty sure I did everything right so I'm not sure why it isn't working. If someone could point me in the right direction on how to solve this it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the help,

look at the last 30 lines of terminal output and see if there are any errors.

There should be a system.img output toward the last 5 lines if there are no errors.
