i've searched most places but i couldn't find any answers besides the obvious ones such as pull out battery, restart your phone, etc. which i have all done.
my last resort would be wanting to factory reset my phone because i don't have a t-mobile data plan to activate my phone. (i have seen tuts on here about activating the phone w/o data plan but i'm not really wanting to take the risk..)
so my buttons are always lit but just dimly illuminated. i've tried restarting the phone, no luck. i've tried pulling the battery out and leaving it there for 5 minutes, putting it back in and turn it back on, and no luck either. could anyone help me out if there's any other solutions?
