Default Waiting for device

I am facing different problem.
Command prompt displays nothing after writing fastboot devices and on further process it says waiting for device.

i have karbonn drivers installed in my pc with windows 7 and usb debugging is on.

Anybody tried this method?
Me have deleted SU accidently from system/xbin so, cant try rather is not working for me.

Better than all these cwm methods u download any framaroot.apk search it on google or on 4shared.com and just select install superSU and press gandalf option!!!
Hurray! Your phone is now rooted!
Just reboot to access the superuser app!

I am just successfully rooted my device...
But can i upgrade rom to kitkat...
I tried it using cynogenmod but the error is ur device not supported..
Is there any way to upgrade rom
