So got time to try again.

First i notices i had HBoot 1.17 ENG

Tried CarbonFinal 4.4.4 Rom again - stuck in splash...

Then updated Firmware to 3.33 HBoot 1.27
Now Bootloader is 1.27 Ship S-Off

Did format of all Partitions excl. SDCard, wipe Dalvic/Cache babla

Flashed again latest Carbon Final 4.4.4 - same **** again: freeze in Splashscreen

DAMN!

Anyone Idea why?

btw. Recovery is 4EXT 1.0.0.6 RC3

flash the boot.img of the rom via fastboot command
fastboot flash boot boot.img

also post the output of this command
fastboot getvar all

don't show your imei and s/n

Hmmm...
Strange.

CM11 4.4.4 Rom works.

Carbon / Slimkat 4.4.4 stucks on splash.
Thought 3.4 Kernel caused problem, so flashed Carbon then Sultan 3.x Kernel (Aroma) - same problem stuck in splash

Weird.

So what's different that all carbon/aokp/aosp/slim 4.4 Rom cause same problem.

A try with carbon 4.3 fresh install gave "install abortet - error 7" or something like that
But i had Carbon 4.3 running, also Backup works

Because for Carbon and other AOSP the 4ext recovery is recommended.
Also it has more features than TWRP...

CM11 KitKat 4.4.4 works so far, but why all other 4.4.x Roms hang on bootscreen?
This can't be the fault of Recovery.

Why reflashing recovery?
The 4ext 10.0.06 rc3 still works.

cm11 4.4.4 is installed and working, also backups and recover backup works fine.

The only thing is that any other 4.4.x rom hang after install @splashscreen - but why?
3.4.x kernel couldn't be the problem because i checked it with a sultan 3.0.x kernel after flashing rom

Had same problems on my Nexus7 (2012 Tilapia) there i had to flash first a 4.4 RUU then recovery again
After that i was able to flash AICP Rom

Strrange..
