  1. Install Motorola Drivers normally
  2. Create a new folder e.g "C:\Flash"
  3. Take all the files above (excluding drivers) and extract/install/move all the files to "C:\Flash"
  4. Extract GPE files into that folder as well
  5. Boot your phone in Fastboot mode
  6. Connect USB
  7. Open "Flash GPE.bat"
