You tried basic things like a full factory reset?

Did you get signal before flashing the rom?

Yes.. sure i did a full factory reset..
Before the flash i had signal ..

right now my phone is on the Lab .. they trying fix it..
The lab said that they need to root the rom first... but they cannot cuz my rom version is 4.4.2 or somthing ....

Had similar issues in the past with S3. Download latest KIES 3 and use Emergency Recovery option .
