A few questions about the rom
It works with my P605, but very buggy. Should work on P600 too.
Good morning, I just bought a
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 (SM P600) off Swappa that is running this rom. I was looking over the rom this morning and I really like the looks of it. I also was looking at the your xKat 4.0 for the SM-P605 and it's probably silly but the first thing that caught my eye on 4.0 is that you added an
sdcard fix. Since I'm unfamiliar with either of your Rom's this might be a really noobie question but when you say you added SDcard fix does that mean you've found a work around for Google's apparent need to block installing apps on the SDcard or moving apps to the SDcard??? I have an HTC One, 3 HTC Sensation's, and a Samsung S4 (which I despise because so far the only custom recovery you can run on it is SafeStrap, which is garbage compared to TWRP) and they all have been blocked since JB to installing to the SDcard. Is your SDcard fix a way around that? If so you are my hero and a true genius as no one else has found away around that issue that I'm aware of so far. Anyway I sure hope what that meant even though I have a feeling it didn't but I just had to ask. I guess as soon as I get my Tablet I will very quickly learn all about xKat 3.2.1. There is another question I would ask you for clarification about and that's your statement on the OP page that says, "!!!One other thing you must to know, the ROM didnt triggers Knox, but the Custom Recovery does. But you have no chance if you want to flash Custom Roms, you must flash Samsung unsigned Recoveries like TWRP is. Every CS Recovery/Kernel triggers Knox and set it to 0x1!!!
Does that mean if I flash an update to 3.2.1 or even a different Rom for instance like Hyperdrive that Knox gets automatically reset, I sure hope not as TWRP is being run on it now.
Sorry this is so long I promise I don't bother my Dev's very much but I'm trying to figure out how much work I'm going to have to do once the device gets in, are you planning a port of xKat 4.0 to the 600?
Thank you, and I hope you have a great day,
Krissy
