Any one have any ideas?

Hi i found this guide if it helps:

http://www.gizchina.com/2013/07/23/h...diatek-phones/

I mainly wanted my watch for 3G to check Email etc. and Tunein radio for use with bluetooth headphones, however i am not happy with my wrist getting cooked as the watch will get to 43C.
