You can detect whether you have installed stock or twrp or so by doing this:

(BUT BEFORE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE NO DLOAD FOLDER ON YOUR SD OR INTERNAL STORAGE WITH AN UPDATE.APP FILE INCLUDED. OTHERWISE YOU WOULD MAYBE FLASH A FIRMWARE WHICH YOU DONīT WANT AT THE MOMENT! )

Press the POWER, VOL + and VOL- Button simultaneously and hold them until you see something like this

If you have stock recovery, your screen will look like in the picture above and if you have twrp or something else it would look like in the image beneath if you do the button comination above listed.
.

You can install stock recovery doing this:

What is stock recovery IMG ?
Depending on what firmware you want to install, Jelly Bean or KitKat, you have to install the correct stock recovery.

You can find a complete guide here

Why I would recommend downloading the B512 and not B513:

Quote:
The B513 thas meant to be for the south pacific region and is therefore a bit different for Western Europe regions. The B512 is specifically made for Western Europe. But itīs just my opinion
