Default Can anyone please help me do this?

I'm looking for a way to add an "Accounts & Sync" sub menu to my Settings app.

This is what it looks like by default in Android Jellybean and above:

Accounts

But it becomes a little "cluttered" and long when you have a lot of accounts.. So that's why I want to add an "Accounts & Sync" sub menu to my Settings app and upon pressing it I want it to show all my accounts like it does (as shown above).

I know its possible, but can anyone please help me do it? Thanks
